About

Me

WWelcome! I'm a full-stack software engineer who is passionate about making open-source more accessible, creating technology to elevate people, and building a vibrant tech community. Some technologies I enjoy working with include ReactJS, Express APIs, jQuery, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python.

I recently completed General Assembly's Software Engineering Immersive program and am pursuing a career in full-stack web development. As a General Assembly alumni with Bachelors in Business Management from Babson College, you can trust that I have the ability to help on a wide variety of projects. Whether you’re looking for a new full-time developer to join your team, needing a revamp on your personal website, or working on building a new technology-based business, I am up for the job.

General Assembly Projects

Full-Stack Projects

I completed General Assembly's Software Engineering Immersive program in March 2021. Although I had always had a keen interest in technology, this bootcamp is what really got me started in software development.

Take a look at some of the projects I worked on during my time in General Assembly's Software Engineering Immersive program

Latin rendition of classic Rock, Paper, Scissors

Lapis, Papyrus, Scalpellus

Before beginning my journey through General Assembly's Software Engineering Bootcamp, I was tasked with creating an in-browser game using JavaScript, HTML & CSS. It was this where it all started, the project that gained me admittance to General Assembly and started my journey into the world of code

Tic-Tac-Toe Game Built w/ ReactJS

Tic-Tac-Toe

This simple Tic-Tac-Toe game was built using ReactJS and features a fully stateful user interface. This was built to demonstrate useState and hooks in React. You can even rewind back to a previous move if you make a mistake!

Snake Game Built w/ ReactJS

Snake

Snake was one of my favorite games growing up, and once I learned ReactJS, I knew I had to try building a snake app. Not only does it keep track of the high score, it also features a totally mouseless gameplay. Just press the spacebar to start your game over

Earthquake API Mapper Built w/ ReactJS

Geoquakes

This application was built for an assignment while a student at General Assembly. While learning ReactJS we did a segment on integrating 3rd-party APIs into our apps. For this assignment we used the US Geological Survey's earthquake API to plot recent earthquake data on Google Maps.
